SIZING AND MEASUREMENTS

HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS ✂︎

To ensure the best fit, please follow these instructions carefully when submitting your measurements. All garments are made to order, and accurate sizing is essential. If possible, we recommend having a trusted friend help with measuring, or visiting a local tailor for professional assistance.

Standard Measurements:

(1) BUST: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level and snug, not tight. Make sure the tape sits flat across your back and doesn’t dip.

(2) WAIST: Measure the smallest part of your natural waistline, usually just above the belly button. Don’t suck in; breathe normally for the most accurate result.

(3) HIPS: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. This is typically 7–9 inches below your natural waist.

(4) HEIGHT: Measure your full height from the top of your head to the floor while standing straight, without shoes.

Proportional Measurements:

(5) SHOULDER TO WAIST: Start at the top of your shoulder (where a strap would sit), and measure down over your bust to your natural waist.

(6) SHOULDER TO FLOOR: Measure your full height from the top of your head to the floor while standing straight, without shoes.

COCO’S NOTES

I’ve spent enough time in bridal to watch hundreds of women stress themselves out to become some sort of “perfect” version of themselves before their wedding. Now listen, there’s a big difference between some pampering that makes you FEEL good (all for it, you deserve it) and forgetting the plot: this person is marrying you because they love YOU. A dress is supposed to fit YOU, not the other way around.

Enjoy your wedding prep and remember to have fun with it, DO NOT submit “goal measurements” and try to fit yourself into a garment. We are making this dress for YOU, remember? Be comfy, have a great time, eat, drink, laugh, dance.
